Hi folks,
thought I’d bring you a little update on my in’s and outs lately… I had a rather last minute gig @ the Bon Jovi After party of all places.. You know, it was one of those moments; on the right time at the right place. There were about 250 VIP’s left and they all wanted to party hard. Surprisingly there was no DJ around anymore, in seconds I was put behind the decks. With 1 CD I had in my backpack, my Ipod and no headphones, I had to try to make this party going… Just great. I love situations like this, you have to make the most out of your present tools. OK it was a loot of looping and recording, but damn this little afterparty went of, I had the most fun ever!
A rather dark side this month is that my computer which I produce with, crashed. I tried all the possible ways to get it up and running again, but had to drop it and bring it to a PC specialist. Pretty bummed about this, because I have some nice projects going on.. But I guess it happens to everyone once and a while!
On the bright side, I got some confirmations on some nice bookings last week; playing at Brutal - 4th of July in Scheveningen | Mega Beach Festival – 31st July in Vooroever Aandijk. If you’re aroud, you should definitely come and check it out!
And last but not least, on the 29th of june I’m going to be present at a big group discussion about the night life of my hometown the Hague. The Hague’s night life used to be really booming, but lately it’s pretty sad and needs a big boost! Feel free to join the debate on the 29th of june @ het Nutshuis/Riviervismarkt in The Hague. It starts @ 20.00 hours and it’s free entrance!
