SNOWFEST 2010

WOW….., I just got back from the Dutch snowboard champs – Snowfest, in Laax/Switserland. I’ve been struggling but I’ve made it!

This year it was hell of an event. Weather wise perhaps not the best one, but during the end of the week we got some freshies and could experience some small powder turns. The competitions were full on, a really busy boardercross with 115 patricians. Due to bad weather the big air had to be cancelled, but the Halfpipe competition was really exciting and had a really high level of riding I must say.

Of course Snowfest wouldn’t be a fest without a fest. And to ensure a certain level of party we brought the party commission to Laax. The party commission existing of the following crew: Flinke Namen (the best hip hop crew from Holland, existing of Dj Flexican, Mc Sef, Mc Glen and Mc Merth), Vato Gonzalez and Mc Tjen (Rockers of the dance floor), DJ Jahfs (Godenzonen en Sfeermakers boy), Drew (the top less dancer), Mc Boris (he struggles a lot but he’s a beast and a true ball room dancer), Domingos a.k.a where is my passport (Rotterdam Tech House boy,) and me to finish it of.
